For the past decade she has served as News Corp SA’s Lifestyle, Food and Wine Editor, sharing the stories of South Australia’s hospitality scene and driving national campaigns on behalf of SA, including the delicious.100 list of best restaurants. Having built a strong network of contacts over the years, she has been privileged to interview such people as Jamie Oliver, Yotam Ottolenghi and Maggie Beer.
